ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by the Division Bench has not been complied with in letter and spirit, the

present contempt petition has been filed.

2.While the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the encroachments are still available, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that they have been removed except the Pillayar Temple, which would be removed within two days. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate stands recorded. 3.Accordingly, the encroached portion will have to be removed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is of the view that the encroachment is still in existence, it is well open to him to come with a comprehensive petition in accordance with law.

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
