Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in this writ petition, after hearing both sides, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case by dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter affidavit by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 06.12.2022 and 15.03.2023 of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.
