O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to to declare that the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as illegal, unconstitutional.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as the constitutional validity of the SARFAESI Act has been upheld by the Supreme Court, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
