ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their Aadhar Card bearing Nos.4281 8714 2422 and 2750 0039 7959 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending investigation in Crime No.169 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the second respondent has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 01.10.2019 stating that the second respondent has no objection if the investigation in Crime No.169 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent, is quashed. 4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by the petitioners dated 01.10.2019, the investigation in Crime No.169 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein, is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
