The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Contempt Petition No.1328 of 2024 dated 07.06.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, an enquiry was conducted and the request made by the petitioner was rejected. Relevant order was placed before this Court.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
