Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 21.08.2019 in Memo No.517/BCDFGISSSV/2019 against the petitioner's husband's brother, Ranjithkumar @ Ranjith, son of Sambandam, aged about 32 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] Petitioner is the sister-in-law of the detenu, namely, Ranjithkumar @ Ranjith, S/o.Sambandam, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in Memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.517/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 21.08.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the brother-in-law of the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4337, dated 30.10.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
