Heard Mr. M.Mubeen, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on the record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has bee filed for directing the First to Sixth Respondents to reconstruct the damaged wall in the home of the Petitoiner and to complete the storm water drainage which was left incomplete at the materials, labour and cost of the First to Sixth Respondents. 2/5

It is represented by Learned Counsel for the Respondents that in furtherance to the order passed on 28.10.2022 by the Court, the compound wall has been reconstructed, the storm water drain has been repaired and debris have been removed and the Petitioner has sent a letter dated 15.11.2022 to the Executive Engineer, Zone 1 in that regard and its copy has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

As nothing remains for further consideration, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
