Considering the averments made in affidavit and being satisfied with the reasons, the application No.4571 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to carryout suitable amendment in the application and issue Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 3 to 5 in A.No.3225 of 2024 returnable by four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

3. With regard to the first respondent in A.No.3225 of 2024, pursuant to the warrant issued by this Court, the first respondent paid the cost and appeared before this Court in person. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not inclined to make any claim as against the first respondent. Hence, the application is closed as against the first respondent in A.No.3225 of 2024.
