The above captioned Original Petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.This Original Petition was directed to be listed before the learned Master by order of this Court on 02.06.2023. But, however, due to absence of the learned Master, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to list the above case before the learned Additional Master for recording of evidence. 3.Considering the age of the petitioner and the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Registry to list the above captioned Original Petition before the IVth Additional Master for recording of evidence on 22.06.2023.
