The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of three months in the bail order granted to the petitioner on 04.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15041 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
