ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.23/2022 before the Jurisdictional Court, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted though the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.23/2022 on 19.01.2022, they have not filed final report till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.23/2022, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
