ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks ' No objection Certificate' to run a SPA at Trichy Road, Solur, Coimbatore District. The representation been given on 29.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that except representation, the petitioner has not filed other supporting documents which required to be considered the application for running a SPA. He further submits that as per the Standard Operating Procedure issued by the Director General Police, the representation of the petitioner will be considered, if all the required documents is furnished.

3. Taking note of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit all the documents required for considering the representation. On such representation with documents, the respondent police shall consider it and pass orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
