C.M.P.No.1065 of 2017 in Rev. Appl. (SR) No.55385 of 2016 in S.A.No.737 of 2007 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 228 days in re-presenting the above Review Petition.

2. It is stated that R-1 reported dead and his LRs are already on record. M/s.

Sarvabhauman Associates, entered appearance for R-2 to R-4. Despite service of notice to R-5 and R-6 and their names printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

Hence, this CMP is taken up for disposal on merits.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 228 days in representing the above petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. This CMP is ordered accordingly.
