2. It is represented by the counsel for the applicants that the second applicant herein is the Power of Attorney of other applicants, and that the said amount may directed to be credited to the account of the second applicant bearing A/c.No.0033010000021518 in Indian Overseas Bank, Karaikal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Registry is required to disburse the said amount to the account to the second applicant herein, (who represents himself to be the Power of Attorney of other applicants) by a mode that is considered to be appropriate, after satisfied with the identity of the said Power of Attorney. The applicants are required to provide necessary details required by the Registry along with a memo to enable the Registry to proceed with the matter.

4. This application is allowed accordingly.
