This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of three months in bail order granted to the petitioner on 18.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16887 of 2024 in Cr.No.679 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of two months.
