The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13672 of 2024, dated 18.06.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions for past one month and that petitioner has got one previous case and investigation is almost completed.

Considering the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
