This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to transfer the investigation from Inspector of Police (Crime), J3, Guindy Police Station in FIR No.950 of 2016 to the CBCID Branch or CBI Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.950 of 2016 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.950 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
