This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4628 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.562 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 3rd Monday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
