PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order and decreetal order made in I.A.No.1015 of 2018 in O.S.No.4977 of 2016 dated 14.06.2019 on the file of learned III Assistant City Civil Judge, chennai consequently direct the learned Trial Court to issue warrant to the Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit schedule property along with a District Surveyor to not the physical features and the boundaries of the suit property and to file a report along with sketch.
