(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the petition, as the petitioner is required to exhaust the process envisaged under G.O.Ms.No.540, Revenue [LD6(2)] Department, dated 4.12.2014, as the allegation is of encroachment on public land (cart pathway).

2. The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
