O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 26.12.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that house site with construction of 2040 sq.ft. in Plot No.3 in S.No.35/3A at Kothapetta Village, Krishnagiri Taluk an Krishnagiri District, belonging to him under a registered sale deed No.1524 /2005 on the file of the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Krishnagiri District and the said property was sold by one Heerendrarao in favour of the fourth respondent without any manner of right. Based on the said invalid sale deed, subdivision had been effected and patta was also issued in favour of the fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent seeking cancellation of sub division and patta in favour of the fourth respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2023 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
