CRIME.NO.443 OF 2021 This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court date 22/12/2021 and made herein and in the presence of Mr.S.VIJAYAKUMAR Advocate, for the petitioner, and of Mr. MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order. The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in CRL.O.P.Nos.25500 and 25505 of 2021 by order dated 22.12.2021 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs each, to the credit of crime number and permitted the defacto complainant to withdraw the said amount on filing of undertaking that in the event of the petitioner succeeding the case, the said amount would be returned to the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per order of this Court, the amount has been deposited to the crime number and now the petitioners have filed SLP No.200 of 2021 challenging the disbursement of the amount to the defacto complainant and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court and he would pray that Stay may be granted for four weeks in respect of disbursement of the said amount to the defacto complainant.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be an order of Stay for four weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, in respect of disbursement of the deposit amount of Rs.20 lakhs (Rs.10 lakhs deposited by each petitioner) to the defacto complainant as per the order passed by this Court in CRL.O.P.Nos.25500 and 25505 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.
