A.Nos.824 & 825 of 2024 in O.P.No.374 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., A.No.824 of 2024 has been filed seeking to allow Mrs.Jayasree S, the Power Agent of the 1st petitioner to execute the bond on behalf of the petitioner in the above Original Petition passed on 02.06.2023.

A.No.825 of 2024 has been filed seeking to grant time to execute the bond in the above Original Petition dated 02.06.2023 registered as Doc.No.84 of 2006 before the Registry.

2. Considering the fact that the Power Agent is none other than the mother of the first petitioner and the first petitioner is pursuing is education in abroad, the application in A.No.824 of 2024, is ordered. Consequently, the application in A.No.825 of 2024 is ordered, extending time of two weeks for executing bond in the Original Petition.
