ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) From the records produced, it appears that eviction has been carried out with respect to the Survey Nos.222/2C and 222/4, Panapakkam Venugopalakrishnapuram Village, Thirutani Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

However, the grievance of the petitioner is only with respect to Survey No.185.

2.The learned Government Advocate submits that the direction is only with respect to Survey Nos.222/2C and 222/4, for which, appropriate action has been taken but not with respect to that survey No.185.

3.In view of the abovesaid controversy, it cannot be said that there is willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Action was taken to remove the unauthorised encroachment with respect to Survey Nos.222/2C and 222/4. The petitioner's prayer is also only with respect to the abovesaid survey numbers. 4.In such view of the matter, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a fresh representation calling upon the revenue officials to take appropriate action with regard

to Survey No.185 5.With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
