Prayer in Crl.OP.No.8000/2016: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in CrlMP.No.469 of 2015 on 29.02.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall be permitted to report before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, instead of reporting before the respondent police in Crime No.662 of 2015.

These petitions have been filed to modify the orders passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, CrlMP.No.469 and 251 of 2015 on 29.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner was enlarged on bail, he was directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode in CrlMP.No.251 of 2015 in connection with Crime No.861 of 2015 on the file of PEW Erode Police Station. He further submitted that when he was enlarged on bail in CrlMP.No.469 of 2015 in connection with Crime No.662 of 2015 on the file of PEW, Perur Police Station, Coimbatore District, he was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00am until further orders. Since the conditions imposed are not conducive for him to appear before one place and hence, the petitioner has come forward with these petitions for the above stated relief. 3.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CrlMP.No.
469 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, is hereby modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode, for a period of 30 days from 18.04.2016 onwards. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
