ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the respondents have appeared inperson.

Mr.P.Kumaresan, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, furnished the proceedings passed by the second respondent dated 31.01.2025 and submitted that the order passed in W.P.Nos.1594/2020 and 20920/2021 dated 05.03.2024 is complied and hence the contempt petitions may be closed.

3. Mr.C.Mahendran, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has no objection in closing the contempt petitions.
