ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking leave of this Court to file an appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.31369 of 2014 dated 17.10.2023.

2. Heard Mr. Rajendraprasad K, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr. Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 5.

3. Since in the order impugned in the main writ appeal dated 17.10.2023, there has been a direction to initiate Disciplinary Proceedings against the present petitioner, who is not a party to the Writ proceedings, therefore, in order to challenge the order, especially the said direction given against him though he was not a party in the Writ proceedings, he has filed the present petition seeking leave to file an appeal.
