Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants appeared and submitted that earlier, notice sent to the respondents 10 and 12 by RPAO Tapal have not been received either Served or unserved. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for appellants is directed to take substituted service by way of paper publication on the 10th and 12th respondents in anyone of the Tamil Daily newspaper having wide circulation in the locality at Puducherry, stating that the above appeal will be taken up for hearing on 13.10.2023.
