This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.12994 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police two weeks once ie., alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m, till filing of the final report and thereafter, again two weeks once ie., on alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., before the concerned Judicial Magistrate till committal and thereafter, appear before the Sessions Court, two weeks once ie., on alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
