4.O.P.No.336 of 2020 has been filed by the Mother to grant the petitioner the permanent custody of the minor child Ardhra Sasikumar born on 19.12.2006, now aged about 14 years and appoint the Petitioner as a lawful guardian of the person of the minor child Ardhra Sasikumar. 5.Since another child viz., Ashwin Sasikumar, who was born 20.03.2003 was declared major as per the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in A.No.5443 of 2022, this case has been confined to minor Ardhra Sasikumar alone.
6.Now the matter is pending before the learned Master for recording of evidence of Respondent as RW1.
