The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider Petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2016 seeking 24 hours armed police guard. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to take action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation seeking armed police guard, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
