Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police stated that the petitioner is detained under Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and he has also produced a copy of the detention order.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
