THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14472 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.19910 OF 2021 REGAN SELVAKUMAR @ REEGAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, BAZAAR POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.544/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honble Court on 26.10.2021 in Crl.OP.19910/2021 with the following condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19910 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
