PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in R.No.24050/M5/2016 dated 23.12.2016 confirming the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka/C3/11970/2014, dated 29.04.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to restore the no objection certificate granted under Rule 144 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002 to the Petitioner in respect of the retail outlet situated at No.226, Gandhi Market Street, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.
