CMP.No.20999 of 2022 in S.A.No.459 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on records the petitioners 7 to 10 as the legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant viz., Mr.Rajendran and implead themselves as the appellants 7 to 10 in the above mentioned second appeal in S.A.No.459 of 2018.

This petition is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of this petition and also having been satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.459 of 2018.
