O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to hold an enquiry and proper investigation under the head of IPS officer in Crime No.124 of 2016 on the file of the respondent and take appropriate action against the erring investigation officer of the 2nd respondent police to alter the proper sections in the FIR dated 13.03.2016 in accordance with law.
2. In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Shariff Ahmed and others vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2009) 14 SCC 184], a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation in a particular manner cannot be issued. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2016 has been completed and further action has been dropped on 20.05.2016.
