The Revision Petition has been filed by a third party/auction purchaser questioning the repeated holding over for enquiry in 1/3

R.E.A.No.176 of 2015. That application has been filed by the petitioner herein seeking police aid to take possession pursuant to purchase through auction, the suit property.

2. This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.

3. However, I would direct the learned District Munsif, Namakkal to proceed further in manner known to law in R.E.A.No.176 of 2015 without any further delay.

4. It is informed that the respondent has also filed C.M.A.No.4 of 2015.

5. The learned District Munsif, Namakkal may examine the entire records and proceed further. No costs.
