ORDER
The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Section 506(i) of IPC r/w 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act, 1989 seek a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.803 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, to consider the bail application to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
