The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5646 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.443 of 2023, dated 25.04.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions till 07.06.2024 and after that not complied and that investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
