Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the CCTC footages of recordings which was recorded near the petitioner shop at No.195, Ground Floor, NSC Bose Toad, Chennai 600 001 on 18.7.2023 between 5.30 am and 8.00 am based on the complaint in CSR No.356 of 2023 to the petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the CCTC footages of the records based on the complaint given by the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry is pending in CSR.No.356 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry will be conducted and an appropriate decision will be taken on the complaint given by the petitioner.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR No.356 of 2023 and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
