This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 746 days in filing the appeal against the judgement passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Sessions Case No.130 of 2022 by judgment dated 11.04.2023.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 746 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
