This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.10.2021 in W.P.No.21837 of 2021.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that order of this Court dated 26.10.2021 passed in W.P.No.21837 of 2021 has been complied with by the respondent and he seeks permission to withdraw this Contempt Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
