O R D E R
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. M. Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General, placed on record a copy of the Government Order dated 19.12.2025, evidencing compliance with the order dated 01.02.2022 passed in W.P. No. 27019 of 2025. He further submitted that a sum of Rs. 34,57,539/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner, after deducting statutory taxes and dues, out of a total amount of Rs. 50,33,546/-.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the calculation so arrived at is incorrect. There is a dispute relating to the quantum of the amount disbursed to the petitioner. The said dispute can be resolved before an appropriate forum. The petitioner is preserved with the right to raise the said dispute before the appropriate forum.
