Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court of the order of this Court dated 13.12.2021 made in Writ Petition no.24086 of 2021.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24086 of 2021, thereby directing the second respondent to issue notice tot he petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing survey the subject land, on payment of requisite fees, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, in the presence of the petitioner, the third respondent surveyed the land on 25.01.2022 itself, with the police protection, thereby complying the order passed by this Court. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that

the respondents not yet served the surveyor report to the petitioner. 4.

Considering the above submission, the third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the surveyor report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
