A. Nos.5764 and 5765 of 2023 A. Nos.5764 and 5765 of 2023 in C.S. (COMM DIV) DR. No.84224 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

These applications have been filed seeking for the following reliefs :

a) to condone the delay of 52 days in depositing the deficit court fees and b) to condone the delay of 36 days in representing the plaint.

2. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of A. No.5764 of 2022, the deficit court fees has already been paid by the plaintiff but however, there is a delay of 52 days in depositing the deficit court fees. Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay in payment of the deficit court fees as well as for representing the plaint.

3. Since sufficient cause has been shown, this Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavits filed in support of these applications. Therefore, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
