[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The present miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copies of the Detention Order and Grounds of Detention both English and Tamil dated 13.12.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

4.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petition is ordered and the production of the certified copies of the Detention Order and the Grounds of Detention is dispensed with for the present.

5.It is made clear that the petitioner shall file the certified copies of the Detention Order and the Grounds of Detention as and when he receives the same.
