The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to produce the non traceable certificate to her.
2. when the matter came up for hearing on 20.04.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police with all the relevant documents and directed the respondent police to enquire the matter and pass appropriate orders by producing the non traceable certificate to the petitioner on or before 27.04.2016 and posted the matter 'for reporting compliance'.
3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that non traceable certificate has been issued to the petitioner.
