ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to hand over the car Swift Dezire T board bearing No.TN 75 Y 2685 illegally taken over by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner in accordance with law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the car bearing registration No. TN-75-Y-2685 Swift Dezire was already handed over to the petitioner on 19.10.2022.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
