This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5(6) in Crl.OP.No.16106 of 2023, dated 24.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and draft charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
