Today, 13.06.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
